My wife and I had previously decided not to purchase a home anymore after an extremely terrible experience we had with another realtor back on 2016 where we ended up losing our earnest money because the realtor didn't care about negotiating a contingency clause and we not being very experienced and not knowing what it was at the time. Earlier this year we decided one more time to look at houses for sale on Zillow, we found one home that we liked and Michelle was assigned to show us that home, we did not purchase this house but after speaking with Michelle and letting her know about our terrible past experience she was able to convince us that we were actually able to purchase a home and gave us once again hope, in fact she worked extremely late hours sending us potential homes that we may have been interested in. It was extremely difficult due to the current market but Michelle asked us if we were interested in purchasing a new home instead of an already existing one, we told her that we did not believe we would ever be able to quality for something like this but we were actually interested so she sent us a couple of listings from various different builders where we saw a listing of an extremely beautiful home being built by a local builder in McCordsville, the process was a bit difficult and we had some delays on both the lender and builders side but at the end we were finally able to purchase this home. If it wasn't for Michelle's support we would probably still be renting. I 100% recommend Michelle as a realtor, she is a very hard working, caring and down to earth person we have ever met.

Michelle is absolutely AMAZING! By shear persistence and follow through she secured the first property we put an offer in on in a 15+ bid situation. I was moving home to Indiana from Colorado, was faced with putting in an offer sight unseen situation, and she was wonderful to go through the home via facetime as well as bringing in expertise to give me a full picture of whether or not it was a good property to put an offer on. Although we initially lost to a better offer, Michelle continuously followed up with the seller's agent for the status of the deal, and it eventually fell through.
